Pre-Order Ordering and Shipping
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or an invoice will be sent separately for larger orders. All orders are shipped priority mail or UPS.
- Ready to ship items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Pre-order items are processed and shipped within a week of arrival.
- Please note that shipment and arrival dates are APPROXIMATE. Refunds are not issued for late shipments.
Returns
- All items are ordered based on customer pre order quantities, inspected prior to shipping, and are FINAL SALE.
- Mock up colors and design colors may vary. Mock ups are computer generated photos. Every screen (phone, computer, etc.) is different and the final product may have a slight color variance. If your items vary slightly in color, they are not eligible for return.
